2. Shipping Process (How We Ship Your Order)
After placing an order, the process will proceed as follows, and you will receive real-time order status updates via email:
  1. Order Confirmation: After submitting your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation Email" containing product information;
  1. Payment Confirmation: Once payment is completed and verified, a "Payment Confirmation Email" will be sent;
  1. Shipment and Tracking: When your order is shipped, you will receive a "Shipment Confirmation Email" with a shipping tracking number;
  1. Shipment Tracking: You can check the logistics progress by entering the tracking number on the following platforms:

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
1. Timeframe Description
  • Delivery time may vary due to factors such as destination government regulations and flight cancellations; the following are average reference timeframes;
  • Total receiving time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
2. Timeframe for Each Stage
  • Order Processing Time: 3-8 business days. This includes processes such as quality inspection, picking, sorting, and packaging.
  • Shipping Time:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Fast Shipping: 7-12 business days
The specific shipping time is calculated based on the selected shipping method.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are comprehensively calculated based on factors such as product weight, destination, and shipping method. The specific amount will be displayed when you place your order. The cost rules are as follows:

 

  • Orders ranging from €0 to €100: €4.99 shipping fee
  • Orders over €100: Free shipping
5. Customs Taxes

  1. Some products may be restricted by logistics carriers. If your order contains such products, we will re-route the delivery through an "alternative carrier" to ensure safe delivery, which may result in extended delivery time;
