Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you’re satisfied with every item you ordered. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll assist with returns or exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items must meet all the following requirements:


  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (no stains, tears, or alterations)
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) retained
  • Returned in original packaging (e.g., boxes, dust bags)


Important Note: Contact our customer service to get the correct return/exchange address before shipping items back. Sending to the wrong address may cause delays or rejection.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request Address: ThurnMabbott9615@outlook.com. with your order number and note "Return/Exchange Address Request";
  2. Ship Item: Package the item as instructed and ship it to the designated address (you bear the return shipping fee);
  3. Processing Completion:
    • Refund: Processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card,) within 3–5 business days after inspection. Banks/payment providers may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund;
    • Exchange: Replacement items will be shipped within 3 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Unshipped orders: Request cancellation via email (orders are often processed within hours, so act promptly);
  • Shipped orders: Cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and follow the return process.
